Our facility operates 24/7, ensuring fresh products reach our customers efficiently. As a Cold Storage Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers in compliance with safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the freezer.
- Monitor and document temperature logs to ensure product integrity.
- Perform regular inventory counts and organize stock in designated zones.
- Ensure the cold storage area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist in packing and palletizing orders for distribution.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification (CDL not required, but preferred).
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
