Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated forklifts and material handling equipment in sub-zero environments
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation using WMS systems
- Conduct quality inspections and product integrity checks
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Document handling procedures and temperature logs digitally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for 8+ hours
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan Active)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Food Handler's Certificate preferred
