Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature controls within the cold storage facility to ensure product integrity.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Assist in packaging and palletizing goods for shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely completion of daily operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work in environments with temperatures ranging from 35°F to 45°F.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
