Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport inventory within the cold storage facility safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and adjust temperature controls to ensure product integrity and compliance with safety standards.
- Organize, stock, and inventory products using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in accordance with safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage or spoilage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is a plus.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
