Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated storage units
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely
- Conduct inventory audits using digital tracking systems
- Inspect and sanitize storage facilities per HACCP standards
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with temperature-sensitive products
- Document warehouse activities using remote-friendly digital tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via virtual communication platforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
