Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature zones for various product categories
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments
- Conduct quality inspections and inventory audits
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance standards
- Coordinate loading/unloading of refrigerated transports
- Implement sanitation protocols for equipment and facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0°F to 40°F environments
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to shift-based work
- High school diploma or equivalent
