Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products from trailers to storage racks efficiently and safely.
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature controls within the cold storage units to ensure product quality.
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment and work areas to prevent accidents.
- Assist in inventory management, including scanning, labeling, and organizing stock.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding hazardous materials.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely as required by the role.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a cold environment.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License (Class B or C) required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
