Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and store refrigerated/frozen products according to safety protocols
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature/humidity levels in storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Conduct daily inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Willingness to obtain required certifications
