Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in cold storage units
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Organize and inventory perishable goods according to FIFO principles
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely after certification
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- No experience required – full training provided
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
