Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer environments (-20°F to 45°F)
- Load/unload temperature-controlled trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and organize inventory with strict FIFO (First-In-First-Out) procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Monitor and document temperature/humidity levels using digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shipping deadlines
- Participate in monthly safety training and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train motivated candidates!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Comfortable working in cold environments (4-8 hours at -20°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical exam
