Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize refrigerated products in warehouse coolers/freezers
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanning devices
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and temperature controls
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Follow safety procedures for working in sub-zero environments
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all new hires!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Willingness to work in refrigerated environments (0°F to 40°F)
- Team player with strong communication skills
