Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory in cold environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after comprehensive training
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
