Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory organization in refrigerated/freezer units
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Ensure strict temperature compliance and food safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas regularly
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and PPE requirements
- Assist with inventory tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -10°F)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
