Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature controls and monitoring in cold storage facilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Perform routine facility inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training provided
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F)
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and move frequently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
