Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) using digital monitoring systems
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in freezer/cooler zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and warehouse equipment safely
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain strict sanitation standards following HACCP protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize storage space and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- No experience required—comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
