Responsibilities
- Unload and palletize refrigerated products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Inspect products for quality and compliance with safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) following OSHA guidelines
- Inventory management using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Adhere to sanitation protocols and HACCP standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in cold environments (4-8 hour shifts)
