Responsibilities
- Load and unload refrigerated trucks while maintaining proper temperature protocols
- Organize and inventory products in cold storage environments (32°F to -10°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after completing certification training
- Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of storage areas and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to work in cold environments (thermal clothing provided)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Lexington facility
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
