Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and sort incoming/outgoing products
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners
- Ensure proper sanitation and temperature protocols in all storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Availability to work flexible shifts (evenings/nights/weekends)
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong teamwork ethic and attention to detail
