Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after completing certification training
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Inspect and sanitize storage areas to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in monthly safety drills and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or cold storage experience required
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 50°F for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic literacy and math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid government-issued photo ID and authorization to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility (public transit accessible)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
