Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated storage units
- Load, unload, and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report irregularities to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for cold environments and heavy machinery
- Assist with inventory management using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all work areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
- Ability to work in cold environments (0°F to 40°F) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and quality checks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
