Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Load/unload products from trucks and organize storage racks safely
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing inventory
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Complete inventory documentation and warehouse reports
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide all necessary training
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -10°F)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
