Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload temperature-controlled trucks and organize storage areas
- Monitor and document warehouse temperatures (0°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after certification training
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Participate in monthly safety drills and process improvements
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in cold environments
