Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in cold storage facilities
- Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Monitor and document temperature-controlled storage conditions
- Assist with quality control inspections and packaging
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to work in refrigerated environments (32-45°F)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and communication skills
