Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Load/unload products using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report any damage or irregularities
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE (including thermal gear)
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation systems
- Keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -10°F)
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
