Responsibilities
- Unload, inspect, and palletize refrigerated products in -10°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Conduct routine equipment safety checks
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments in compliance with DOT regulations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Henderson industrial park
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
