Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in cold storage units
- Adhere to strict food safety and OSHA compliance standards
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment after training
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Ensure proper sanitation protocols in temperature-controlled zones
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide comprehensive onboarding
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F - 40°F)
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
