Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled environments
- Maintain optimal storage temperatures through consistent monitoring and adjustments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) for efficient product movement
- Conduct quality checks on perishable goods and report discrepancies immediately
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive onboarding
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation

- Willingness to work in cold environments (40°F refrigerated spaces)
