Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated storage areas
- Organize, label, and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after paid certification
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and storage zones
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper lifting techniques
- Document inventory movements in digital tracking systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software training
- Willingness to work in 32°F-40°F environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
