Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer units
- Load/unload products safely using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect and sanitize storage areas to comply with HACCP standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners and conveyor systems
- Document inventory movements using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior cold storage or warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
