Responsibilities
- Unload and refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize and rotate inventory in cold storage facilities (-10°F to 40°F)
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in all work areas
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Operate temperature monitoring systems and report anomalies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA regulations for food handling
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Reliable transportation to work site
