Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move palletized goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock counts and organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Cold Environment Work: Perform duties efficiently in temperatures ranging from 30°F to 40°F.
- General Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic Skills: Good reading and writing skills to understand safety labels and operational instructions.
- Reliability: A strong track record of dependability and punctuality.
