Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer storage units
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment safely
- Inspect and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Document temperature logs and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team on loading/unloading shipments
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in 32°F to -10°F environments
- Basic math and inventory documentation skills
