Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety standards for cold storage
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products by FIFO principles
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions
- Sanitize work areas and equipment according to food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient logistics operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
