Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight and inventory safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is properly rotated.
- Perform regular cleaning and organization of the warehouse and storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (cold storage).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required for entry-level.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
