Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts with precision and safety
- Execute inventory management systems using WMS technology
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Perform quality control checks on perishable goods
- Coordinate loading/unloading of temperature-sensitive shipments
- Conduct routine facility sanitation and maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-freezing environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to Henderson industrial park location
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (provided)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
