Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated products safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety standards in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Load/unload trucks while ensuring proper temperature control protocols
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
