Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trailers and manage inventory in climate-controlled environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following OSHA and HACCP protocols
- Maintain accurate temperature logs and quality control documentation
- Perform routine sanitation and cleaning procedures for storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to strict safety standards for cold-temperature working conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 40°F
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Willingness to complete paid on-the-job training program
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
