Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in cold storage facilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments
- Inspect and record inventory levels using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Coordinate loading/unloading of temperature-sensitive products
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in 32°F - 0°F environments
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
