Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and prepare products for cold storage according to safety protocols
- Monitor and document temperature/humidity levels in storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient product flow
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (provided with insulated gear)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
