Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated (-10°F to 40°F) environments
- Load/unload shipments while maintaining strict temperature control protocols
- Perform inventory management using RF scanners and digital systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards for cold storage facilities
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate documentation for traceability and compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team player with good communication skills
