Responsibilities
- Safely handle, store, and rotate temperature-sensitive products in refrigerated environments (0-40°F)
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment following strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory management tasks including cycle counts and documentation
- Maintain sanitation standards and comply with HACCP and FDA regulations
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Willingness to complete paid on-the-job training program
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
