Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal cold chain integrity
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with precision and safety protocols
- Conduct inventory audits and manage stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA standards in all warehouse activities
- Document temperature logs and warehouse operations accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Participate in continuous safety training and process improvements
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (4-8 hours daily)
- Basic math skills for inventory management and temperature monitoring
