Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Inspect and document storage conditions daily
- Load/unload shipments following food safety protocols
- Rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -20°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our industrial location
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends)
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Pass pre-employment background check
