Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments with precise inventory tracking
- Maintain sanitation standards and cold safety protocols daily
- Perform cycle counts and quality inspections of perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety regulations consistently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for training)
