Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated and frozen storage facilities under strict temperature controls (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and FDA safety standards
- Perform sanitation and maintenance tasks in cold storage environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (40°F or below) for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
