Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature-controlled warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers efficiently
- Monitor and document storage conditions (-10°F to 40°F)
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work in cold environments (40°F or below)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No experience necessary – paid training provided
