Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer facilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold environments
- Conduct inventory audits and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (HACCP, GMP)
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Maintain detailed records of temperature logs and inventory movements
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 40°F
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to complete paid certification training
- Reliable transportation to South Tucson facility
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
