Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated and frozen storage facilities following strict temperature protocols
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Perform inventory audits and stock rotation using warehouse management systems
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in compliance with FDA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Document inventory movements and equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 40°F
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Willingness to operate material handling equipment after training
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- No prior cold storage experience necessary – we train!
