Responsibilities
- Safely operate refrigerated storage systems and monitor temperature controls
- Perform inventory management and stock rotation in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment after training
- Inspect products for quality compliance and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (40°F or below) for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Reliable transportation to our Stockton facility
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
