- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Safely load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and organize inventory with barcode scanning systems
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts
- Conduct regular quality checks on stored products
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing environments (0°F to -20°F)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
